Payment system:

20 000 Baht – booking an apartment

15% – upon signing the contract (within 7 days from the date of booking)

35% monthly by equal shares during construction (about 30 months).

50% – upon check-in

Additional payments:

Amortization fund: 350 baht per 1 sq. M. (one-time payment upon check-in)

Payment for the maintenance of the condominium: 35 baht per 1 sq.m. per month (paid for one year in advance)
